Exchanges and Returns Policy

At Peak Performance DIX30, we are aware that when you order online it is impossible to try on and feel the quality of the clothing beforehand.  Here is our return and exchange policy:

It is important to remember that the present policy only applies to online purchases. It is not applicable to in-store purchases. All the orders made via website are returnable, exchangeable, and reimbursable, except products on sale at 40% and more. These will be considered final sale.

Returns

Returns are to be requested within 7 days after the date of reception of your package. Following your demand for a return, you will be attributed a return authorization number. At this stage,you will have 7 days to send back the package. The returned goods must not have been worn, altered, washed, damaged and must have their labels of origin.

Exchanges

Any exchange will only be made for the same product, for another size.

If the exchange is for another product, the customer must place a new order.

If the total value of the exchanged product is below 150$, shipping fees are to be paid by the customer

If the total value of the exchanged product is higher than 150$, shipping fees are the responsibility of Peak Performance DIX30. (shipping addresses)

Any exchange should be processed within 5 working days following the reception of the package.

Reimbursements

The shipping fees for a package that is to be reimbursed are the customer’s responsibility.

The reimbursement is to be made within 5 working days following the reception of the package and will be credited under the sameoriginal payment option. After the transaction, we will send you a confirmationvia e-mail for the refund.

Before proceeding with a return, an exchange, or a refund an application must be made to Peak Performance DIX30. The form must be fully completed with the customer’s return address and the original package number. Following this, a return authorization number will be issued. This number must be clearly visible on your returned package.

If the expedition fees are under the customer’s responsibility, they may choose any carrier. However, a tracking number and a signature upon receipt will be required. The original invoice as well as the return form must be included in the package. We are not responsible for any loss or delay during the process of returning an item.
